This policy explains how Loan Cluster Private Limited (“we”, “us”), collects and uses your personal data when you use loancluster.in, contact us or engage us for a loan. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

1. What we collect

• Enquiry details: your name, mobile number, email, city, the type and amount of loan you are interested in, and anything you write to us.
• Details for your loan application (only if you go ahead): KYC documents such as PAN and Aadhaar, income and bank records, business financials, property papers and similar documents lenders require.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, recorded by our hosting provider to keep the website running and secure.

2. Why we use it

• To call, message or email you about your enquiry (with your consent, given on our forms).
• To assess your eligibility and prepare your loan application.
• To share your application with the banks and NBFCs you agree to apply to, and to coordinate with them until disbursement.
• To keep records required by law and to resolve complaints.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

3. Consent and your choices

When you submit a form you consent to being contacted about your enquiry by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing the Grievance Officer (below). Withdrawing consent stops further processing based on it, but does not affect processing already done or records we must keep by law.

4. Who we share it with

• Banks and NBFCs you choose to apply to, and their verification agencies.
• Credit information companies, when a lender checks your credit report with your consent.
• Service providers who help us run our business (for example email, hosting and our customer-management system), under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and follow up, and application records for as long as required by law and by our agreements with lenders. We then delete or anonymise them.

6. Your rights

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
• Ask us to erase it, where we are not required to keep it.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Nominate a person to exercise your rights if you are unable to.
• Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to run the website securely. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. The contact page embeds a Google Map to show our office; when the map loads, Google may set its own cookies, which are governed by Google’s privacy policy.

8. Security

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to your documents is limited to staff who handle your case. No system is completely secure; if a personal-data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We will update this page when our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
