loancluster.in (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Loan Cluster Private Limited, with its registered office at Office No. 101 & 102, First Floor, Gulmohar Apartment, East Street Road, Camp, Pune, Maharashtra 411001. By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. What we do

Loan Cluster is a finance consultancy. We help you understand your options and apply for loans with banks and non-banking financial companies (“lenders”). We are not a lender. Every loan decision — approval, amount, interest rate, fees and terms — is made by the lender alone and is set out in the lender’s sanction letter and loan agreement.

2. Information on the Website

Content on the Website, including eligibility guidance and the EMI calculator, is general information and not an offer of credit. It may not reflect a particular lender’s current policy or your circumstances.

3. Your information

You agree to give us true, accurate and complete information. When you submit an enquiry you consent to us contacting you about it by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

4. Fees

The first consultation is free. If a service fee applies to your case, it will be agreed with you in writing before any work begins. We never ask you for OTPs, passwords or payments to personal accounts.

5. Intellectual property

The Website’s content, design and the Loan Cluster name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Lender names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are shown only to identify lenders we work with. You may view and print pages for personal use; you may not copy, modify or reuse the content for other purposes without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Website unlawfully, submit someone else’s details without their permission, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the Website.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website, or for any decision made by a lender. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
